[REDACTED] has been ongoing for millennia. What humanity has been allowed to perceive as geopolitical warfare, proxy wars, and localized insurgencies or revolutions are often covers for a much older, darker struggle.

Other-Dimensional Beings (ODBs) previously confined to [DATA CORRUPTED] are now crossing over with increasing frequency. The incident in Argentina on 21 Dec 2057 was not an isolated event. Winter Solstice has become a recurring hotbed of occult and paranormal activity each year, which is inconvenient at best and catastrophic at worst.
PIRDD resources and teams are stretched thin at peak times of activity. Containment protocols are no longer adequate. Frankly, they have not been adequate for some time. Standard military doctrine is failing with predictable consistency. The ODBs do not bleed as we do. They do not fear death. Repeated attempts to treat them like conventional adversaries have produced equally conventional disasters.
What appears to the public as chaos, political instability, or mass violence is often something else entirely. However, incidents are now becoming too large in bloodshed, body count, and property damage to be disguised anymore. Containment and disinformation units across multiple black programs are finding it increasingly difficult to maintain the illusion.
Some large-scale incidents have resulted in the mass abduction of civilian witnesses and their long-term confinement. Interrogation and psychological reprogramming are currently operating at maximum throughput. A growing backlog of cases and witnesses has already pushed off-shore holding facilities, including Guantanamo Bay, beyond reasonable capacity. That is not a phrase I use lightly.
